I have a picture of this Church taken 35 years ago. My note says it is an unidentified church ruin between Galway and Thoor Ballylee. I searched for it on Google Earth but did not find it. Any one know its name?
There is a church ruin near Thoor Ballybae, but it;s not the one in your picture.
I think your picture shows the Chirch of Ireland church in Ballynafagh, Kildare, built in 1830 an deroofed in 1985 as described in this blog post... http://irelandinruins.blogspot.com/2014/07/ballynafagh-churches-co-kildare.html
